3 TYPES OF RED RICE TEA RECIPE


Freshly brewed Herbal teas are always the best home remedies to heal bad cold, cough, and stomach ailments. When some fresh herbs concocted with organic red rice gives an aromatic decoction which is a good warrior to battle against bad health.

The following are the 3 types of red rice Teas.


A. Red Rice Lemon Mint Tea

B. Red Rice Coconut Milk Tea

C. Red Rice Herbal Tea


In order to prepare above all 3 varieties first, we need to prepare basic brewed red rice decoction.


Preparation of Basic Red Rice Decoction:


Ingredients:

  • Red rice & Water

Preparation Method:


Wash the rice thoroughly then drain the water.

Roast the rice in low flame. Don’t over roast it or it may taste bitter.

Put the roasted rice in the blender. Let the rice be broken not powdered.

Add water in a pan. Add 2 tablespoons of broken rice.

Bring the mix into a boil. Stir it and let the rice cook.

Strain the tea into a pot.


Now the Basic Red Rice Decoction is ready for further use.


1. Preparation of Red Rice Lemon Mint Tea:

Ingredients:

  • Half lemon & Mint leaves

  • 1 tablespoon of Honey

Preparation Method:


Pour Basic Red Rice Decoction into a cup and squeeze half of a lemon in.

Add some honey as a sweetener.

Add some mint leaves to give your tea a minty flavor.


Now the aromatic lemon Mint flavor red rice tea is ready to serve.


2. Preparation of Red Rice Coconut Milk Tea:

Ingredients:

  • Coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar

Preparation Method:


Pour Basic Red Rice Decoction into a cup.

Add some coconut milk in the cup.

Add a spoon of organic brown sugar or any sweetener of your choice.


Stir it well and the creamy tea is ready to serve.


3. Preparation of Red Rice Herbal Tea:


Ingredients:

  • 1 Piece ginger

  • Mint leaves

  • Basil leaves

  • Indian borage

  • ¼ spoon pepper powder

  • 1 tablespoon of Brown sugar

Preparation Method:


While the Red rice is boiling, add some crushed ginger in it.

In the same way, add some Indian borage, some basil leaves, and some mint leaves.

Sprinkle some ground black pepper too.

Strain the brewed herbal decoction in your teacup.

Add brown sugar eventually to your taste.


Now healthy herbal tea is ready to boost your immunity.
